Alaa Alaradi

Alaa Alaradi, born in Bahrain, grew up between the Gulf and Switzerland. Thanks to the support of her older sister Noor, she pursued studies in fashion, followed by internships at Saint Laurent and Acne Studios. She graduated in 2024 with a master’s degree from HEAD — Geneva, where she developed her practice as a designer exploring themes of fluidity and sculpture.

Her graduate collection, titled ‘Further Deeper Softer Closer’ defines her DNA as free and instinctive, creating silhouettes that are both strong and light. She explores the balance between shape and movement, crafting silhouettes and pieces that feel both airy and raw. Her jewellery and garments are often constructed through draping or derived from sculptural volumes.
