CIN is an independent slow fashion house founded in 2023 by Lebanese-French designer Cindy Abi Chala. Based in Paris, the house approaches fashion through personal introspection and conscious creation.
Emerging from Cindy’s inner world, CIN draws on mysticism and dark romanticism to create sculptural pieces that blur the boundaries between couture and ready-to-wear. Each garment is human-made and handcrafted, using carefully sourced deadstock fabrics, with collections produced in limited quantities or made to order.
CIN’s latest collection, IDENTITÉS, explores the experience of belonging to two cultures and inhabiting the space in between. Drawing on Cindy’s Lebanese heritage and the French culture in which she grew up, the collection reflects on the complexities of belonging and the experience of navigating different cultural influences.
