Rabih Kayrouz

2025

Hear the silence as it tells its day, where words lie dormant and gestures speak.

In the beginning was the gesture an embrace of fabric, a timeless drape that bridges East and West, from the togas of Rome to the abayas of my Levantine childhood.

Born in Lebanon in 1973, between the villages of Jdeidet Ghazir and Yahchouch, I first learned to appreciate the quiet grace of my homeland.

In 1990, I discovered Paris and began my studies at l’école de la Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture a decisive encounter that shaped my path.

In 1998, I returned to Beirut to found Maison Rabih Kayrouz.

And in 2009, we set our roots in Paris, establishing my couture house in the heart of the city.

Ten years later, in 2019, my maison was honored as an official member of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture.

Every garment I create carries my memories — my father’s bread, orange blossom and thyme, my passion for geometry and lightness. My maison is built on these roots and journeys, a dialogue across continents and cultures, where each gesture transforms fabric into life.
