Saïf Mahdhi is one of the most respected agents in fashion and entertainment, with over three decades of experience since starting his career in 1994. Born in France to Tunisian parents, he rose from modest beginnings to become President of Next Model Management Europe before co-founding SAFE Management in Paris in 2019.

He has guided the careers of major global talents including Lana Del Rey, Dua Lipa, ASAP Rocky, Rita Ora, Kate Moss, Anja Rubik, and Caroline de Maigret, while consulting closely with some of the biggest designers and luxury brands in the world. Over the years, he has also worked hand-in-hand with a new generation of emerging designers—offering guidance, strategic vision, and long-term industry insight.
